Hello Everyone,
 
We are back with a new recipe, which is absolutely tasty and easy to make known as Prawns Koliwada or Prawns Fry.
Prawns koliwada is a delicious and mouthwatering dish which serves great as a starter or an appetizer dish. Just a mixture of some masalas & some rice flour & this food platter will be ready within minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2kg prawns
  • 1/2tbsp turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2tbsp red chilli powder
  • 4-5 tbsp rice flour
  • 1tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • Oil for frying 
STEPS:
  1. Clean & de-vein the prawns.
  2. Add in 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder in the cleaned prawns
  3. Add in salt as per taste
  4. Add in 1 tbsp Vinegar
  5. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Add in 2 tbsp  red chilli powder
  7. Mix well & coat everything well
  8. Let Marinate for 30 mins
  9. Add in 4-5 tbsp rice flour in a plate
  10. Add in salt as per taste in the flour
  11. Add in 1 tsp red chilli powder in the flour
  12. Add in 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  13. Mix the flour & masalas well
  14. Coat each prawn one by one
  15. Once all the prawns are coated well keep them aside for 10 mins
  16. After 10 mins they will be ready to fry 
  17. Dust them well before dropping them in oil
  18. Drop each prawn one by one in heated oil
  19. Deep fry it on medium-high  flame
  20. Flip  once
  21. Once they are fried & turned reddish remove them from the oil
  22. Serve Hot
