                                                                  Prawns Koliwada Hello Everyone,   We are back with a new recipe, which is absolutely tasty and easy to make known as Prawns Koliwada or Prawns Fry. Prawns koliwada is a delicious and mouthwatering dish which serves great as a starter or an appetizer dish. Just a mixture of some masalas & some rice flour & this food platter will be ready within minutes! INGREDIENTS: 1/2kg prawns 1/2tbsp turmeric powder Salt as per taste 1tbsp vinegar 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 2tbsp red chilli powder 4-5 tbsp rice flour 1tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp garam masala Oil for frying  STEPS: Clean & de-vein the prawns. Add in 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder in the cleaned prawns Add in salt as per taste Add in 1 tbsp Vinegar Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Add in 2 tbsp  red chilli powder Mix well & coat everything well Let Marinate for 30 mins Add in 4-5 tbsp rice flour in a plate Add in salt as per taste in the flour Add in 1 tsp

                               Club Sandwich              Heloo everyone, Today I am back with something healthy & a quick breakfast or you can also have it as a snack. Club sandwich was originally invented in 1890's in America, yupp🙄 it must be shocking but it was very long back. There are varieties of sandwiches which can be veg & non veg both. This is basically a quick and easy going snacks people love to it. In today's recipe we are using whole bunch of carrots, capsicum, cabbage, potato, onion & tomatoes. Wowww isn't it colorful. It gives me awesome picture in mind right away. You just need to grate, cut this veggies, saute them with a pinch of oil. Add some salt, oregano for that super taste and spicy chilly flakes. Nankhatai Without Oven Nankhatai is one of the very old and traditional biscuit which is made with variety of ingredients. I still remember in olden days when people dint had ovens, they use to get it baked it in bakery. Still many people during Diwali occasion get it done from local bakers. Here I am sharing this soft and crunchy Nankhtai recipe without using oven. This soft delicious biscuit is made with all purpose flour, butter or vanaspati locally known as Dalda by many, Sugar and half of gram flour is surely going to melt in your mouth and you are just going to love it. Addition of cardamom powder gives that aromatic flavour which I just love. This Nankhtai are loved by many during tea time and it’s a best combination which I too love. I know its bit heavy on side of using flour, sugar and butter too. But one or two of it are surely needed to be tried.
