Heloo everyone,

Today I am back with something healthy & a quick breakfast or you can also have it as a snack.
Club sandwich was originally invented in 1890's in America, yupp🙄 it must be shocking but it was very long back. There are varieties of sandwiches which can be veg & non veg both. This is basically a quick and easy going snacks people love to it. In today's recipe we are using whole bunch of carrots, capsicum, cabbage, potato, onion & tomatoes. Wowww isn't it colorful. It gives me awesome picture in mind right away.
You just need to grate, cut this veggies, saute them with a pinch of oil. Add some salt, oregano for that super taste and spicy chilly flakes. Forming our double decker by stuffing this with onion, tomatoes and saute veggies gives us a hefty healthy club sandwich.
So here you go with the recipe. Munch on this in your morning breakfast or evening snacks, just join in few fries or a yummy juice.

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 bowl grated cabbage 
  • 1 bowl grated carrot
  • 1 bowl diced capsicum
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp oregano flakes
  • Salt as per taste
  • Some bread slices
  • Butter

  • Sliced onion
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced boiled potato

 STEPS:
  1. Add in 2 tbsp oil in a pan
  2. Add in 1 bowl of grated cabbage
  3. Add in 1 bowl of grated carrot
  4. Add in 1 bowl of diced capsicum
  5. Saute it well on medium flame for 2-3 mins
  6. Add in 1 tbsp pepper powder
  7. Add in 1 tbsp oregano powder
  8. Add in 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  9. Add in salt as per taste
  10. Cook well on medium flame for 4-5 mins 
  11. Turn off the flame
  12. Trim the edges of the bread slices(optional)
  13. We'll require 3 bread slices for 1 sandwich
  14. Apply butter on one side of all the 3 bread slices
  15. Toast it on a  pan from both the sides on medium flame
  16. Once toasted we'll turn off the flame
  17. Apply green chutney on one side of all the 3 bread slices
  18. Take 1 bread slice, put in 2 spoons of the prepared vegetable mixture
  19. Apply another bread slice on it
  20. On the bread slice, put 2 slices each of onion, tomato & boiled potato
  21. Sprinkle some salt & black pepper powder
  22. Place a cheese slice (optional)
  23. Place the third bread slice on it 
  24. Cut into 2 halfs 
  25. Club sandwich is ready to be served
  26. Serve it with tangy tomato ketchup,some fries or juice for the best taste!
